MedMinded provides an AI-powered medical knowledge search and retrieval platform to assist healthcare professionals and organizations in educational and clinical support contexts. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and our Services are not intended to replace the professional judgment of licensed medical providers.

MedMinded employs artificial intelligence technologies to facilitate the retrieval, synthesis, and summarization of medical and scientific content. These technologies operate by processing user-provided input to return responses derived from publicly available and licensed third-party sources.

MedMinded does not, under any circumstance, use personal information or User Content to train proprietary or third-party AI models. This includes but is not limited to textual input, voice input, uploaded documents, and feedback data. User data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the Service and is not retained or repurposed for machine learning model training or fine-tuning activities.

Any internal use of de-identified data for operational, quality assurance, or product safety evaluations is conducted under strict access controls and is not utilized for model development or optimization. Additionally, MedMinded does not transmit User Content to foundational model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Microsoft Azure) for training, improvement, or analysis.

All AI interactions occur in real-time within a controlled computing environment governed by MedMinded's information security protocols and data handling standards.

3. Your Content and Data Rights

Users retain all ownership rights in and to any content submitted, uploaded, or otherwise transmitted through the MedMinded Platform (“User Content”). MedMinded does not assert any proprietary interest in User Content and will not use such content for commercial exploitation, model training, or resale.

Users may submit a written request to delete User Content or obtain a copy of personal data associated with their account by contacting support@medminded.ai. MedMinded will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and in no event later than thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of a valid request.

User Content shall not be shared with other users or third parties unless explicitly permitted by a designated sharing function within the Service (e.g., collaborative library). MedMinded shall not use User Content for advertising or sales purposes without prior written authorization from the User.

4. Information from Third-party Sources

We may receive personal information about you from our business partners and service providers and combine this information with other data we collect from you. The third parties may include website and service operators, payment processors, or marketing partners. The information may include contact information, demographic information, information about your communications and related activities, and information about your orders. All data is hosted within secure cloud environments located in the United States, including but not limited to Microsoft Azure and MongoDB Atlas. These platforms are selected for their adherence to high standards of security, compliance, and availability, and all data is managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Personal data and User Content are retained for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. Upon user-initiated account deactivation, data will be retained for up to twelve (12) months unless a longer retention period is required by legal or regulatory obligations. After the retention period expires, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these websites. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
